Blacks are aware of it too. Most are only pretending not to know. Some of them have it figured out and are trying in vain to do something about it. They have no chance. They are accused of being white and shamed by other black people. For trying to combat *criminal behavior*. Imagine being ostracized for trying to clean up your own community. No community can survive like that. Well, they can if they live off of the ignorance of the communities around them and the deep pockets of productive people.
