Biden blames republicans for blocking changes he and Obama wanted. Trump rubs it in, calling that proof that Biden is a poor negotiator. second to Last Point = climate change: Trump talks about China (largest mfgr in world) being filthy & we have to compete with china and not cripple ourselves pushing unproven green energy. Biden claims his green energy plan will create jobs (true, but creating unneccessary trash & kickbacks). Also, these green products are to make our homes efficient, don't have anything to do with worldwide polution. Last Point = people of color live near oil & chemical plants and refineries, and how to keep those people safe and keep the jobs. Biden admits he will cut off subsidies to oil industry and move energy away from oil. Biden's goal = zero emmissions and rejoining Paris Accord which will somehow force China and India and Africa to go green if they want to be part of the accord (why would any business person or nation trying to get a leg up or on the brink of merely surviving give 2 fucks about pressure to join the paris accord???)
