Sounds like Debian stable, except worse because you wait longer for new software versions.

The only problem with enterprise anything is 1) on staff people who knows what the fuck they are doing and 2) buying the correct support contract with the SLAs and support you need. Go for the cheapest plan, you get 8 x 5 coverage and pajeets in India. Pay more and you get an account manager, 24x7x365, and tech support that speak proper English.
