That's definitely not as easy as he makes it look. Then again, once you get the hang of it, it's easier than trying to manhandle (see what I did there?) an unresponsive person off of the ground.

Try it while wearing 30 lbs of Body armor, WITH full combat load (210 rds-210 rounds of 5.56) and a helmet on. It ain't easy!
