Microsoft’s investment in a virtual assistant “Natasha” turned out to be 700 Indian employees posing as chatbots.

Either scenario isn't good. It's wage arbitrage.

“AI” doesn’t stand for “Artificial Intelligence” as much as it stands for “Actually India.”
