Yes. Notice they always speak in the very abstract: change, core economic issues, cultural war and so on. They never talk about changing politics to actually help citizens, never talk about eliminating huge bodies of government, never talk about enforcing the border and sending illegals out. They just can't bring themselves to help Americans.
