If any of that were true then it would have happened already. They are probably going to have Elon send up a dragon then they will detach the starliner and deorbit it without anyone onboard as a "test" while the astronauts are sent home in the dragon.
That is, assuming they can detach it from the ISS without it blowing everyone up.
