Haha, sure, go ahead and try to handicap the feds from meddling in our lives. Hopefully SCOTUS will take this up and smack down overuse of commerce clause, but too many piddling things are controlled by it, so it’ll be a fight.

That would be awesome. I'm not certain what the road would look like. The Justice Department would probably have to file an action appealing this ruling.
