The Legal System is a Game

Reddit's /r/legaladvice is run by legal shills and law enforcement shills and certain topics are completely forbidden. They only allow average advice and not good advice. Primarily, the BAR association pays these shills to recommend people get a lawyer. Almost everyone official response is "find a lawyer." For most people, that's actually okay advice. People with no money are basically screwed, though, and they are the ones who actually need real legal advice. For that reason, allow me to share with you a few things that makes those shills shit their pants.

Lawyers have their hands tied, in a lot of ways, but also have a lot of tricks available to them that the average laymen does not.

However, when you are not a lawyer, there are also a lot of tricks available to you that a lawyer can never get away with.

The first thing you should know is that there is really only one type of bad guy, in this world... what actually is a bigot and not the new definition... someone who believes they are entitled to abuse others because the same rules do not apply to them as everyone else. This entitlement psychology is the product of narcissism. Everyone has narcissistic traits at certain times, but the true pathological narcissist (while they can seem terrifying) have mental blocks that make their behavior predictable. The easiest one to exploit is forcing them to answer questions regarding their guilt in some way shape or form, because they will always lie.

If you find yourself in a conflict with someone who is not a pathological narcissist, they can be reasoned with and you should always take the reasonable option. But screen time, marketing and propaganda are short circuiting people's dopaminergic systems and literally turning the populace into narcissists. They are getting more plentiful, per capita, than at any point in human history.

The smart narcs will be silent, but there are ways to force people into a situation to talk.

Let's say you know of a problem person in local politics or maybe a toxic activist or a toxic journalist and you need to distract them from their current mission of sabotaging your local community. What are your options?

The primary weakness of the court system is that anyone can walk in and file paperwork, but you can also mail anything anonymously to anyone in the country. This is the basis for screwing with people in an anonymous manner.

Fake Complaints

Once, I was in the clerk's office and a woman came in, exasperated, as she had been to three county courthouses trying to make it to her hearing date. Only... there was no hearing. The paperwork was entirely fake. Someone had sent her a fake lawsuit with slightly incorrect information. She was frantic and, when I reviewed her paperwork, I could see that the case number was for a different courthouse than the judicial forms. Her ex-husband, just to screw with her, "sued" her, pretending to be her former employer, creating tons of drama between his ex and these people she already had problems with.

You, too, can write up a legal complaint with a Notice of Hearing, against your problem toxic person, pretending to be someone who is also their enemy and merely mail it to them with official looking letterhead to freak them out.

You can also send people fake divorce filings, to make them think their spouse is leaving them. To add even more fun, make fake dating profiles and stage some back and forth messages. There are now free deepfake apps that work in the browser to generate nudes of any person, so you can generate a great deal of realistic material to add to the pleadings.

Piggybacking on Random Existing Cases

You can use an existing case number to write up subpoenas to send to your problem toxic person.

"Form Interrogatories" are a good one, because the average person has to hire a lawyer to figure out how to even answer them correctly. "Special Interrogatories" are a way to force them to answer custom questions.

Also, you can request emails, text messages, bank records.. the sky is the limit when it's someone else's case. Even if it has nothing to do with the case, they still have to object (or so they think.)

If you send fake subpoenas without an existing case number, it is easy enough to know they're fake, right away. You really need a real case to be more than just a little annoying. Your toxic person doesn't have to be involved in the case, at all, you just have to bullshit a reason they're involved in the subpoena.

If your toxic person has been involved in a previous case, you can use that case number and "resurrect" the case. If they are currently involved in a case, your ability to cause chaos is immense. You can send all kinds of motions, subpoenas and... my favorite... cause for contempt to threaten them with fines and jail.

As it stands, Piggybacking still isn't making any actual filings... it's just sending imitations that cause drama, chaos and oodles of legal fees.

Fake Filings

Since you can send any random bum into the courthouse to file your paperwork (so that you are not caught on camera), it is possible to actually file a case as another person. Filings cost money, usually, but there are fee waivers and certain pleadings that don't require a fee in some states... like domestic violence restraining orders.

If your problem toxic person has an ex you are aware of, you can file for a restraining order as their ex, then have them served, where they appear to a court hearing with no opposition. You can also include subpoenas, as well.

You can also file for divorce, breach of contract... anything you can think of. If you want someone to really shit their pants, you can file for a Civil RICO case.

Two Timing

Steering two enemies into each other has always been one of the highest arts of the intelligence community.

You can file against your bad guy, acting as if you were another bad guy, steering them into each other and generating unnecessary animosity.

For bonus points, you can file a cross complaint (as the opposing party) for "vexatious litigation" and THEN "serve" both parties, full on with subpoenas and everything else.

Class Action

There is nothing stopping you from cut and pasting from a large law firm's previous pleadings in a class action lawsuit to direct at a business that has maligned you or at a business operated by a toxic personality.

This actually costs money and you better have a very "hands off" approach. A large law firm might take a while to figure out what is going on, when there is a pleading they have, seemingly, filed themselves but have no record of. Either way, the business owner will shit their pants.

Do Not Get Caught

You will be sued and you might go to jail if you are dumb enough to leave fingerprints (literal or metaphorical) on these types of activities.
