A tenant can press legal action if they believe there is damage done to their belongings, and if you hire uninsured day laborers, they will win.
If your tenants are retarded though, and don't know or care to press legal action, you'll save a bunch of money by hiring illegal immigrants.

You hire people from the u haul website. They pay them not you. I'm not picking up mexicans from the home depot unless I'm taking them to an ICE facility.
