Where I live, after eviction, landlord is required to store tenants' property for 1 month after eviction. A lot of small landlords don't exactly realize how expensive evicting someone really is. For some reason they always get real angry when I tell them they gonna be paying $1,200.00 min

1200? For a storage shed of what size?

Storage is the smallest cost.

You have to pay people to pack up all their belongings, including material expended, you have to pay people to move all their belongings, you have to pay people to clean the unit, and you may have to pay people to repair the unit.

If any of these services find out it is an eviction, they will demand money upfront. Small landlords are notorious for not trying to pay their bills on evictions.

Why can't you pack that shit up yourself and haul it to a storage unit. Small landlords usually do that stuff themselves with a couple of day laborers.

I rent a large house with two potheads. One of them just got evicted. Here in FL it goes pretty fast, thank God.

Note to youse kids: NEVER rent a house with potheads!
