It's all so tiresome. Willful ignorance, or is lying. The ruling clarifies that the president can't be prosecuted for things he does in his official capacity as president. It doesn't give immunity for anything unofficial. When you take into account a lot of the things a president has to sign off on, if we didn't have this, every president would move directly from the white house to a prison cell after their term. Don't get me wrong; that seems worth consideration, but it's not how we operate.
