That guy who got rail roaded in Virginia, Charlotte, should have his sentence commuted. The land whale died of heart disease induced cardiac arrest from what I recall. This joker gets barely 5 years, the guy in Charlotte got 320yrs. Prosecutor should appeal. USA is getting f'd by design.
