I’m honestly not sure what is really happening. I know hospitals push skin to skin very heavily, and that could honestly be what’s going on here; the nurse is supporting the head of an infant that is getting some kind of medicine in the early moments of its life. A terrified dad is going along with it. At least that’s what I hope to be seeing…that it was just an in opportune moment that looks like it could be something it isn’t.
