After doing some research, part of which concluded with a rather decisive debate with an AI on the ethics of the matter, pre-pubescent hormone alteration can take the relative blank canvas of a child's bone structure and prevent growth plates from functioning as normal for leg-torso ratios as well as hip-waist-shoulder ratios. It is the infusion of the sex hormones at the onset of puberty that govern a big chunk of what occurs to what and when, and while certain portions are governed from the Y chromosome, an adequate volume of estrogen will still heavily mask the sex of the developing child. This is why it's vitally important that we prevent these destructive "treatments" from taking place at all and why the troon advocates are so adamant about making it happen as early as possible. Additionally, the surgeries and procedures for the processes of the mutilation of the sex organs have become increasingly refined. It's soon to reach the point where, unlike the horror stories we're familiar with and joke about from places like Preddit or that "Jazz" monstrosity, the children whose parents enjoy the requisite wealth for the advanced procedures are potentially capable of producing a female approximation that would require expert level of knowledge to spot the difference. This is similar to how breast augmentations have advanced rapidly in the past several years for those with the means. Regardless of the morality, of which such procedures can be summarily deemed the most immoral and vile form of atrocity, the results continue to improve while women continue to fiddle and overestimate their worth. This will result in an unfortunate market shift to the superficially similar or possibly even aesthetically superior knock-off products, as often occurs with consumer goods - an apt comparison for most women. This returns to my point that in the course of a single century women have, through their idiocy, voted themselves out of relevance, other than as tools for reproduction - which is why the Handmaids Tale frightens them so. They have proven substandard employees, athletes, thinkers, voters, managers, rulers, bureaucrats and anything else. Subsequent to this, based on their attitudes and entitlements, they will very likely be found substandard companions and sex partners, which is why they now fight so hard against the trannies, rather than improving themselves and making the genuine more appealing than the counterfeit. They should, of course, do both - improve themselves, embrace tradition, pursue God's values, and simultaneously drive down the demand for trannies while fighting to have them banned from civilization altogether.
