Good points. I should just reword the concept of "you identify as a female but you're a male" in a way that isn't declared to be hate speech other than "mentally ill". I figured the simple concept of human biology was the quickest way to make it clear who's who gender/sex wise (same exact things, only two possibilities) and you have to deal with the hand you're dealt.
