We need to build mental asylums once again. It is not acceptable to ignore treatment for mental illness and to allow severely mentally ill people to be out in public. They pose a threat to everyone because they cannot properly assess what is right or wrong, reality or fantasy and good or evil. This 'rally' shows that clearly.
