It clearly should be left to the states. And we of course know its wrong. Im not a christian but will always be glad to live in a christian country, The morals aint wrong.
Ted Cruz also believes that he is a natural born citizen per the Constitution and therefor qualified to run for president. He isn't.
I'm all for returning rights to the states, but surely there are less controversial issues we can start with.
What about federal highway funds being used to bribe states into setting 21 as the drinking age?

The one that really pisses me off is mandatory participation in Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Return that money to the people.
