Grew these before. When I cooked them the purple color left and they turned green. Fkn things. LOL

I've tried several times from multiple seed suppliers and purple = tough hard pepper.

I didn't know they came in that color. I'll need to try them. Let us know what the flavor is like. Each color had a slight different flavor from sweet to bitter.

Yeah, I'm kind of excited to find out. I'm also growing orange ones because I know I like them. Hopefully these are at least useable, and not just novel.
