Is that sand? looks good man. can you post another pic when it's cleared up please.
Thank you. And yes will post another photo. It's about 1-2" dirt followed by same amount of sand.

I made /fishkeeping and this is how you pay your respects?
I nano freshwater, 4x20G 2x30G planted.
I didn't know :(. I grow homesteads more than keep fish, that's my justification. I'll have to mosey over to your sub and see what you've posted!
Nothing yet lol I made it today
I knew you were a faggot.
:)
Looks nice. I could never be bothered to keep live plants in my fish tanks. The fish were enough work
I've always had fish and when I was little, I would buy plants and they would inevitably melt. I love the way the really green tanks look, with a carpet of grass, I hope to get that. Maybe some shrimp and one beta for this tank once it has cycled with clarity.
That sounds nice. Can you get a betta to leave other fish alone? I've never seen them peacefully coexist with anything.
I had a standard blue beta with angel fish and a pleco for years. However my daughter tried to put a koi beta with her angels and it didn't work. I don't know if I just got lucky with a lazy beta or if the koi variety is more aggressive.
There's a guy I've watched who keeps a beta and shrimp together, but he gives the shrimp lots of hiding places, so that is my aim as well.
I've seen those puffer fish in the same tank as a beta.
