A lot of it is the military, a lot of it is the time they grew up in. It was a big deal in the 60s and 70s for blacks to act normal and fit in with normal society. Plenty of them were able to do it. Sure, not that many, statistically speaking, but enough to notice. Blacks don't HAVE to act like retarded baboons (apologies to retards and baboons, but I need some comparison), even if they have the urge and nature. They choose to act like that.
