Thoughts? Maybe 4D chess?
The loyalty test he is speaking of is loyalty to Trump and his agenda.
But after the infighting and staff turnover that characterised the Republican nominee’s first term in office, Lutnick said appointees to a new Trump administration would need to show “fidelity” to the agenda and the president himself.
“Those people were not pure to his vision,” Lutnick said, referring to senior advisers who quit Trump’s White House or became hostile to his presidency.
“They’re all going to be on the same side, and they’re all going to understand the policies, and we’re going to give people the role based on their capacity — and their fidelity and loyalty to the policy, as well as to the man.”

This doesn't mean I like Lutnik but I don't want to take him out of context.
Perhaps this is a role he is well suited for, but I find it hard to believe his pro-Israeli views will not influence staffing decisions. I'm sure Trump will retain veto power on candidates. We have to wait and see.
@aou after I looked at the source, post title is a bit misleading.
I have the same take as Titus_of_Voat commented. Fidelity to Trump and his agenda, not Israel.
Cringy but after the spies, moles, plants and staffing mayhem of Trump1.0, this is not unwarranted. The future of this nation is at stake.
I don't know. Trump is the quintessential business man.
In some ways Trump is a seal in a sea of starving sharks. The jew has made it perfectly clear to him they can and will kill him. He is potus because they have allowed it.
As far as I'm concerned? DJT has White skin. That's it. We are living in an occupied nation.
