There's a difference between Ganging Up and indifference.

We are indifferent as to the state of Serbia, we don't hate it, we just don't care. We are indifferent as to the state of <insert African country here>, we don't hate it, we just don't care. We are indifferent as to the state of Israel, some of us hate it, but a lot of us really don't care.
