Theory here is that it is faked using something akin to streetview and a greenscreen. Notice that perspectives are not changing on anything in the background and that the person in the distance @ 00:37 is not moving.
@:37 they are moving though, however slight. Zooming and slowing down doesn't help - this isn't (((NCIS))) where everything can ENHANCE!!
@:08 The person rummaging through the trunk isn't but you can't see his hands. You can see a person move behind the car. - you can even see movement of the person through the rear window of the car.
@:13 Also you wouldn't get the rotation and size changes like you do with the yellow building when the camera pans from left to right if it were faked over still images printed out.
@:16 The light screen at the gas station, lights are changing and moving.
Rewatched it a couple more times now, and you're right. There's actually quite a bit of movement in different shots. Saw it on /pol/ yesterday and initially brushed it off as fake due to that perceived lack of movement :37.
