This ad is likely for something legit, like emergency services training. They will contact the attendees directly when they do an operation they don't want public.

Yeah, I went to a college that did a lot of police training and they would pay students to get drunk on Saturday so they could train the police recruits on how to do DUI arrests. Only bad thing about it was you had to be fully sober by the end of the event before you were released for the day.

Terror scenarios (militias,

Zero terror attacks have ever been done by right wing militias, in American history. Of course that's the #1 thing they put on the list though.

I played in one of these as an "actor". It was used as practice for local first responders to a mass casualty event which would overwhelm their "normal" capacity. The simulated event was an airliner crash after touchdown, we were given makeup and cue cards to simulate various injuries. The first responders got to practice triage and trauma-type first aid.

I personally think it's better if local EMS practices this shit, so if it goes down for real it won't be the first time they do it.
