I'd bet the breakdown for the (((Russian))) mafia runs above 75%.

Adding to ardvarcus' points, I can think of maybe twice that a Christian pastor or priest hasn't been a stereotypical villain. (And in one of the times, the priest was best friends with a rabbi)
