The only reason they care to remove all manufacturing is because it makes it much easier to hijack a country if its beholden to foreign powers

I don't think so. The moment the Clinton's took over it was a huge push for China to do all of the manufacturing. We had semiconductor fabs, other production lines, etc. Clinton's got in with AL gore saying the end is near, and regulated all of the semi fabs out of business.
It makes you dependent. There's no independence. They NEED everyone to be intertwined to such an extent that they can control any country by manipulating from a distance. That's what they tried on Russia with the SWIFT system.
