I'm betting it's as high as 20% with city populations. Lots of cryptos. I think their cryptos are their NPCs. They just follow and I think they can be misdirected just like ours. A good example of hijacking their narrative is with the ok hand sign meaning wp for white power. It started as a 4chan meme but it got sucked up into the mainstream narrative. This narrative hijacking can be a powerful matrix hack if used correctly. They are very good at dancing in front of the line of what is too far. All we have to do is give it a little push. Pushing them over the line into the light may expose them to the masses.
