People love to throw the baby out with the bathwater here. I don't know if it's a legit part of the community or just an attempt at being subversive but you're being foolish if you're looking at JP to answer society-wide problems. People will bitch about this but JP is great at what he does, which is to help individuals rise to the challenge of taking on the burden of existence. For many people, myself included, this was a critical step in my awakening, and that looking internally into who I am was necessary before I was able to understand how other people worked, and how society works. If you're looking to him to solve the worlds problems you're going to be bitterly disappointing. If you look to him to help get your own train-wreck of a life in order he's extremely valuable.
