We need to end divorce in this country. So if we do women need to be old enough to understand what they are getting into and who they getting into it with. Marriage is a horrible life sentence if you are married to an asshole. There are assholes in the world. Goats dont want to admit that any white man could be a nightmare to live with, but they are absolutely out there and you dont want them knocking up inexperienced children who are too young to identify them. You will end up with bad and broken marriages. There is no reason for women to have kids before 21 or 22. They make better mothers at that age and there is still time to have 5 or 6 kids if population growth is an issue.
If you want women to quit their jobs and stay home and raise children instead then its really unfair to ask them to take such a massive risk with their entire future on one person if they are simply too young to have experience with how men or how people work in general. Teenage girls make awful decisions and its just taking advantage of them. Besides, why not let teenage girls have a little bit of a childhood instead of turning them into brood mares at 17 or 18. Its just to young. This isnt the middle ages. Is 6 children not enough or something? Do you remember what it was like to be 17? Do you feel like you were ready to handle being the #1 caretaker for an infant at that age 24/7 ? I mean having a baby is pretty much the end of fun.

Some people think that. 15 year olds are still too young IMO. I think 18 was set as the age of adulthood for a good reason. I still think 18 is too young to make most decisions, and probably too young for most women to start having children, but a good time to start thinking about nesting.

What do you mean by fun? Going out and getting shitfaced? Fucking around at will? Honestly, when I look back at the years I spent "having fun" I just wish I had settled down and started having kids way sooner. Sure, they can be a handful, but I don't think I've ever had as much fun in an amusement park than I do just throwing a frisbee with my boy.

Voting should not be until 30. I think we should raise the drinking age for hard alcohol to at least 25, and ban after dark driving for any purpose other than work or school to at least 18. Age of consent should be maybe 21 and out of wedlock marriage should be punisshable by death jail time as should adultery.
While I think there is something to be said for families encouraging matches, marriage really should be totally with the consent of a mature young woman, like I said, maybe 22 or 23, maybe 21. 18 year olds dont understand anything and can be goaded into a bad match by parents more easily.
The idea that parent will make a better match than the bride herself for the bride is not at all assured. Parents tend to make matches that are good for parents or for the family and not what is good for the bride herself. That is because parents are selfish. Their self interest may overlap with their daughter but they are not the same. If you want to encourage women to risk their whole future on a single guy it really should be their informed choice which is lets face it not possible at 17 or 18.
You want women to abandon the economic position they currently have in society which may be in their short term interest but not necessarily in their long term interests. Its clear the current situation is not in the interest of white men at all on average.
I think we can meet somewhere in between but I see no reason to subject women to servitude by taking away all their power in the equation. The power equation between men and women will have profound influence on the future of our race. We can choose who we want to be, who we want to evolve into as a people, if we plan our society well. The choices we make now will result in genetically ingrained behaviors some of which may be unintended consequences. Balancing power between men and women is tricky but surely women should get a large say in their role in the future of their own race. Not fucking feminist, fuck them. But there are lots of women who want to get married and have kids and a nice life and who are not happy with the current paradigm. There are a lots of women who would be happy to stay at home and raise kids if they felt they wouldnt get dicked over by their husbands.
Honestly imo, 17 or 18 is universally too young unless we are talking about savages. We are a sophisticated civilization with a complicated cultural program that we must indoctrinate our children with before they are fully fledged adults— that means long childhoods for men and women. If you dont want men to marry at 17 bcause they are not prepared to take on a family then you have to ask yourself why you want women to marry at that age. They are not prepared. They may be prepared to be a peasant farmer’s wife but this aint 1850.
Even 5 years is a massive psychological advantage that age for a 20s husband with a teens wife. Why are the men on this site so bent in achieving this disparity? It is not to achieve a higher birth rate because that is possible if you put off child bearing until the 20s. It is not to “keep her off the cock carousel” since that is simply a matter of restricting the access of males to young women— its been done before it, can be done again.
People do not understand relationships at all at 17. Not at all. 22 or 23 is barely better but one must make concessions to further the race. I feel it is fair to allow people to choose a mate at that age but not before.

They want a large power disparity to be established which favors them because they see it as a remedy for the current situation, but it will just lead to a corrupt patriarchy. The larger the age disparity, the more women will in fact be brood mares and chattel. A 15 year old bride is a child to a 30 year old man. You are saying it wont be that bad if it is a 17 year old with a 25 year old. Im saying it is incrementalism. Ultimately this disparity leads to an increasingly polygamous situation and one day you wake up and you are a 59 year old muzzie with 4 child brides.
Monogamy which is heavily favored in both european and east asian cultures results in high levels of equality between men and women and largely peaceful stable societies. That is most likely to happen with high age parity among married couples.
