From Israel Cohen's Wikipedia page:
A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century which gained notoriety in 1957 was attributed to Israel Cohen, but when The Washington Star traced it back to Eustace Mullins (en.wikipedia.org), his claim to have found it in a Zionist publication in the Library of Congress was never verified.
What is the evidence for this having been actually written by Cohen? Not a fan of Jews, but I'm having trouble finding anything beyond the hoax claims.
