A true hero sticking it to the man. I mean it unironically, these companies are straight up lying with no hint of hesitancy, just challenging the consumers to call them on their bullshit, and this guy does it. He's losing money even though he's winning cases, he just doesn't like it when these corporations try to cheat their customers. We need more heroes like this.
