From the post:

>Japan’s Minister of Defense Shinjirō Koizumi posed with a cardboard drone on Monday during a meeting with drone manufacturer AirKamuy. The AirKamuy 150 is a cheap pre-fab cardboard drone meant to die on the battlefield and it comes shipped in a flatpack like an IKEA shelf.

Before one of the recent Olympics in China, the chinks demonstrated a mortar shell that they could fire into clouds and make it rain, so that the rain would deplete the clouds and ensure that it did not rain during the Olympics. Anyone who has even a shitty army could so this, and those cardboard drones would fall apart in the sky.

America has been doing this since probably WWI. It's not new.

Russia used aircraft to "push" clouds out for a military parade or something. I think that was at least 8+ years ago?
