Really doesn't mean anything. Fish won't absorb much of the radioactive isotopes immediately. It works it's way through the food chain, ending up concentrated in the fish, just like with mercury or other heavy metals.
Exactly. They just (officially) started the release days ago. It's just like a Trudeau (saline) vaxx shot photo psy-op used to convince the people.
Their process sounds good on paper at least and I think they invited international observers.
It is way too soon for a photo op to prove anything however.
True but apparently he felt the Japanese (or Chinese who import Japanese seafood) needed some reassurance in order not to disrupt their fishing industry. The Japanese generally believe what their govt tells them. More of a marketing move than atomic science.
