Talked to a friend yesterday and he told me that near where I live, they replaced the concrete bollards (Merkelpoller) with these:     Then apparently a (probably older) guy in a Mercedes, while reversing out of a parking space pushed one several meters over the lot, only wondering why his car was so sluggish. They are designed to wedge themselves between the ground and the underside of a vehicle but seem to be vulnerable to a "slow and steady" approach. Can't make this shit up.
