Yeah gotta get past the constitution first.

They're working around it in quite a few cities as it is. Florida has a bill called in review to ban all foreign justice systems in the state. Opponent claim that we already have the US Constitution, so why do we need this? Proponents point out that we have sharia courts in Minneapolis and Plano despite the Constitution.
