It's so very simple. STOP GIVING THEM ANYTHING.
If they are not grateful then tell them to fuck off and die. Oh, do that WHILE deporting every fucking last one of them.
Also, if you have not picked up on this yet.. They take/steal from food banks and have either road side stalls or shops where they SELL WHAT THEY GET. They abuse the system in every way possible. Pretty fucking easy to make money when you take "free" stuff then re-sell it even for 1/10th of the store cost.
