They need to get guns and then take down their camera systems. Whatever the penalty might be won't be near as bad as rape or death.

Wide spread revolt can only happen if the mass propaganda machines are captured or destroyed.

They need to look into the penalties for defending with a firearm and decide if that is a deterrent to being rape-free or still alive. Personally I would have a smuggled weapon and be on a campaign to disrupt their mass surveillance infrastructure.

Yeah those blade runners are doing great work. I hope they are making money by recycling the precious metals in the cameras. Or using the cameras to set up surveillance around their hideout. That would be really funny.
