The term 'civilized' has made a great life in the West/US. It also has warped the natural response of MEN to Punish/stop/KILL the criminal who will never be civilized. WE depend on 'law enforcement' to 'deal' with criminals....So WE don't have to. When this stops working, MEN WILL DEAL with them and the Failed Gov. better hide and watch.
The good guys don't always win. Nearly every revolution in human history has led to worse conditions for the local population. Shit like the American Revolution and the subsequent success is merely the exception not the rule.
