Only reason he's in any trouble with the DOJ / FBI / DNC / us.gov is that they see creating domestic terrorists and safe havens for them as their job.
They don't like amateurs trying to horn in on their thing. If actual terrorists started creating actual safe havens in the US they might have to start actually doing what the American people think they do, and that would only distract them from doing what they actually do which is to serve as the enforcement wing of the DNC and oppressing any real Americans they can construct bullshit cases against.
