Seeing as how the United states is a foreign country to American citizens, I suppose all holidays are up for grabs by whoever yells the loudest and complains the most.

Instead, I'd recommend something like:

1) Whining Somalian Bitch Month, or 2) Endless Conflicts in the Middle East Month.
