All he has to do is get in front of a real jury. They've so far been successful making sure it does not happen (hes in a supermax), but this may be a loophole. He was never allowed to testify ya know. Zero words spoken in court. His lawyer shuttled notes to him and 'carried out his decisions'.. Supposedly.. It's been called a travesty of a trial by a LOT of lawyers. I'd like to hear his testimony.
