An Irish woman walking around a proposed immigrant plantation site is confronted by foreign men in balaclavas and told to leave.

Hard to make out, at least for me and few words are spoken. Guy speaks very broken English. North African maybe?

My guess is ex-soviet Middle East, think Azerbaijan, Georgea, even Moldova.
