He has zero legs to stand on legally. Under the visa waiver program, you literally sign away your rights to contest deportation. He has no rights to appeal his deportation. He can get out of detention very easily, by volunteering to return to Ireland. All illegal immigrants must be removed. All of them.

Ill take 1k White people for every 10 million non-White's but they still have to follow the rules. If they are unwilling to follow the rules they are not going to be an asset, they will be a risk.
