The tribes (or AIM if it still exists) need to start taking extrajudicial measures to protect their own people, & fuck any law that says they can't.

Lack of federal law enforcement can be an opportunity instead of an impediment with the right perspective. Lots of open, empty land on those reservations. Just sayin'.
