Whoa, I had no idea people stopped using Firefox. What the hell happened? It's decent and the better of my two options on my work computer

Firefox started fucking with stuff like the interface and built-in add-ins. Their CEO or something made a donation to anti-homo groups, and that made the screeching reeees screech harder.

Chrome became a better, doesn't get in the way browser for most people - it offered a clean interface that didn't change much over time.

I feel like this data is faked because they're trying to kill the browser so everyone switches over to Chrome and other less privacy oriented browsers. I have a hard time believing it's only 2%. It comes pre-installed as the default browser in most popular Linux distributions. I also use it almost exclusively for work.
