I think its part of the stitching job they did, never noticed it until last year. Got it out on monday and was relieved but also disgusted. This has been in my dick skin for 19 years. Thumb for scale. I kept it so i can look at it closer when I have time to get the usb microscope out. Will post pics of that too if anyones interested lol
