Unwilling and unprovoked mutilation of ANY body part is an atrocity, and should be treated as such.

The issue is, my thick skulled parents (60m and 54f) actually think it has any benefits (which is a lie they think is truth that I'm not surprised about), despite there being overwhelming evidence disproving the lies that they (no triple parentheses due to how obvious it is + my triple parenthesis budget has been completely used up for this month) put out just to convince gullible

I've tried mentioning just how bad the permanent physical and psychological damages related to circumcision are; as well as the considerably high death rate; but they just won't fucking listen/

Logic has no place in today's discussion about anything. They've no doubt invested a considerable amount in harvesting their son's foreskin and wouldn't want to think they made a mistake.

Also: my mom somehow insists that i'm circumcised despite me still having a perfectly normal foreskin; apart from a minor scar on it which I'm sure was caused by something other than the alleged "circumcision"; but yet again, I'm not expecting intelligence from indoctrinated boomers

Talk to them about the benefits to female mutilation and anytime they protest ask them if they feel the same about circumcision.

When my own family says commie shit I have started to say government should regulate away their own "wasteful", "polluting" and "dangerous" hobbies.
