And ladies: do not expect a man to automatically pay for your lifestyle! Earn your own money, reduce your debts, and find a job you are qualified for/happy doing.
Be prepared to support yourself and hold out until a truly good man comes your way. He will be happier with (and more likely to stay with) a woman who's thrifty, well-educated, a good cook, and debt-free, instead of an instagram-whore with thousands of dollars of debt and a useless degree in 'gender-studies' or some other rubbish.
Women should not be encouraged to make their own money...
Have you learned nothing from feminism? It sucks people still think these things.
I disagree. There are all kinds of circumstances when a woman may not have a choice, such as before marriage, during tough financial times with her husband, or if her husband were to die suddenly. She should be prepared to support herself (and if needed her family), and not just desperately cling to the first loser that comes her way because she has no other option. I do agree feminism today sucks, and that most feminists are obnoxious man-hating banshees though.
You know we can always tell you're a female, right?...
This is why gender should never enter the digital realm. Women have too much trouble seeing past concrete sexual control - Libido dominandi.
It's saddening more don't see how they've been controlled. Unfortunately, we won't make progress until both sexes resume their roles.
The problem with your perspective is that young men are also deeply entrenched in feminism and as such its significantly harder for a young man to discover his competencies and attain needed agency. Too many men are feminised, frail and scared.
Do not fret - I didn't mean to target you or anything. I only wish to convey that there are substantial levels to this that too many ignore. Luckily, we have time to recover before things get too bad.
For these reasons, we all need to encourage masculinity in men and femininity in women. But don't think there can (should be can't) be exceptions to traditional roles, as you've pointed out. Nonetheless, these should be framed as such - last resorts.
I should add this: we have, quite luckily, been afforded the genius of women through inventions like birth control. Women can now choose to make the choice of motherhood or not while still enjoying the finer things in life (sex). Don't be confused, though, as there are tradeoffs in this regard. These hormones women use to control contraception often make their way in to men's bodies through various vectors. It should be noted that this is one of the root causes for a debilitated and feminised man.
The real question, then, is if being afforded women's genius is really worth it... After all, allowing them to vote was inarguably a mistake.
