I was riding a shitty Walmart bike before my current one. 10mph would be a huge struggle. Then I got this road bike, and suddenly, I was going over 20mph for half the effort.

I remember the one bike I got out of the trash literally out of the trash I put new tires on it and I managed to go down this big ass hill that had a speed cam on it and hit 50mph it was awesome.
